Our Public sector client is looking for a junior Marketing Executive with 6 - 12 months of experience. This is a great role for a recent grad looking to gain more experience!
This role is a vital support to the Marketing team and is a great opportunity for a candidate with a marketing background to assist in delivering the company's new marketing strategy
Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting the Marketing Manager to deliver the organization's overall Marketing Strategy
2. Managing all leads to the organizations website
3. Working with project executives on the distribution of marketing materials for events
4. Assisting in content generation for various marketing channels
5. Maintaining and updating content on the organization's website and intranet - CMS experience a plus
6. Managing and developing the organization's social media activity
7. Creating Purchases Orders and build relationships with regular suppliers
8. Assisting the team with tender processes
Requirements:
9. In depth knowledge of Microsoft computer packages, proficiency and experience in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential together with the ability to use social media platforms;
10. Ongoing flexibility and interest in career progression and development via opportunities, which may arise in the organization in Ireland and Overseas;
11. Aspects of this role will require travel and working outside of normal office hours.
12. Third level degree desirable
