Cpl Recruitment are currently looking for a Permanent HR Manager to join a larger organisation in South Dublin. The candidate must have 4+ years of HR Experience and Employee Relations Experience.
Responsibilities:
* Providing HR for the local management to help them reach their goals by developing professional HR solutions.
* Being responsible for implementing HR measures and ensuring that all policies and measures are in line with current laws and regulations.
* Organizing, managing, and monitoring all HR processes along the employee lifecycle.
* Providing professional support for managers and employees on HR related topics, including legal issues and conflict management.
* Partnering with HR data analyst to deliver HR data and to facilitate business decisions.
* Responsible for Employee Relations and supporting managers.
Requirements:
* A Degree in Business Administration, Law, Work Psychology, or Human Resources.
* Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an international environment.
