This company is now seeking an Office Administrator who has a strong work ethic with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm and to be able to work collaboratively or independently.
Your new role
The office administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support in managerial and organisational aspects. This includes managing day-to-day office operations, handling accounting tasks, creating and updating databases, answering phone calls and emails, organising staff training and company events, and general office management. The job requires efficient and accurate financial record-keeping, debtor management, and updating company policies. The office administrator will also be responsible for tracking office supplies and liaising with suppliers and clients.
What you'll need to succeed
This job requires a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, good communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent organisational abilities. Additionally, experience in accounts or bookkeeping would be an advantage.
