Job Description:
The Systems Support Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the needs of end users in new and current organisational systems. This involves reporting issues and updates to improve the systems, making tasks simpler and less time-consuming.
The role has three main functions:
1. To help project teams develop and test new technology solutions from idea initiation to deployment.
2. To deploy new technology solutions by delivering training to end users.
3. To support users with technology solutions and contribute towards process improvements.
Responsibilities include being a super user of new systems, supporting areas and other teams, running events, and assisting other support teams with systems issues. The ideal candidate will have good IT skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills.
About the Role:
This is a home-based role covering Regional Base Ireland and our clients sites in the south of Ireland. The flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential. A valid driving licence is required.
