About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Field Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to supporting our delivery of services to our customers and ensuring the smooth coordination of various functions, preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, installations, and after-sales support. You will work closely with our team leaders to drive operational efficiency and contribute to our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Field Service Coordination – The organisation of the day-to-day reactionary maintenance and planned preventative maintenance, working closely with the team leads to ensure a smooth delivery of workflow planning of materials, administration, and labour. Ensuring SLA’s are met and resourced adequately.
* Field Service Software Management – Day-to-Day responsibility for the management of our field service software (SIMPRO) to ensure seamless operations and communication between field teams and office staff.
* Operations Performance Reporting – To collate and deliver weekly reports on operations and performance.
* Compliance – Working with the administration team to ensure compliance of the company resource tools such as transport, maintaining safety registers, training, and inspections.
Opportunities for Future Growth in the Company:
* Quote, Bid, and Project Coordination – Support the coordination of quotes, bids, and project installations, and ensuring a streamlined process for both reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks.
* Business Development and After-Sales Support – Provide support in business development activities and after-sales services to enhance customer satisfaction.
* CRM Coordination – Manage and maintain Customer Profiles, ensuring accurate data entry and supporting customer relationship management initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a personable, highly organized individual with a team-oriented mindset who can thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction, facilities, or field management services, with strong coordination skills across a variety of operational and administrative functions.
Requirements:
* Experience: 2-3 years in an operations or coordination role, preferably in construction, facilities, or field management.
* Skills: High level of organization, team player, proficiency in field management software preferred. IT literate and good communication skills.
* Other Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills.
