Team/Role Overview
The Services organisation's network footprint & product capabilities are unmatched in the industry and represent our primary competitive differentiator. Ensuring our teams, clients & regulators can access, understand & leverage these capabilities accurately, confidently & easily is critical.
The Services Capability Grid represents the central inventory & "gold source" of Services global capabilities & footprint. The Capability Grid Lead is the global owner & administrator of the network inventory. They are responsible for ensuring that Services' capabilities are well governed, accurate, timely, accessible & fully integrated into our operating models, procedures & infrastructure.
The Capability Grid Lead is the custodian of Services' global capabilities inventory, enabling our internal teams & regulators to access accurate product capabilities & features, and empowers our client facing teams & clients to articulate & leverage the full power of Services' unparallelled global network.
What you'll do
Accountable for the day-to-day administration of the Capability Grid platform, ensuring Capability Grid data accuracy, integrity & usability through disciplined governance & controls framework.
Responsible for continuous global review, development and implementation of business process improvements related to Capability Grid, both from a platform performance & data maintenance perspective.
Coordinate integration of new product capabilities & alignment with the product launch framework.
Lead investment planning process & oversee implementation of associated development plans.
Act as central coordinator & single point of contact for global stakeholders across Product, Sales, Clusters, Risk, Operation & Technology.
Centrally Own the platform & data governance framework, ensuring disciplined change control.
Own the controls framework and MCA testing design in partnership with Services Controls & Regulatory Management partners. Support ongoing controls and policy adherence.
Produce & publish senior Services scorecards to ensure accountability for product accuracy. Lead ongoing performance analysis, tracking & improvement, leveraging quantitative & qualitative analyses.
Lead global communication & release updates.
Integration with other platforms (e.g. Seismic, Qvidian).
End user guide/collateral production, maintenance & training.
User entitlements management.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
What we'll need from you
Experience in project, systems or data administration & background in operational areas.
Data: Experience managing large complex data constructs & inventories.
Analysis: Ability to leverage data to proactively identify risks, opportunities & define actionable measures.
Owner-operator: Demonstrates an action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible & innovative approach to role. Passion, humility, integrity & independence are essential qualities.
Execution: Proven track record in driving transformation & delivering impactful results.
Communication: Ability to communicate with & influence a diverse global stakeholder group.
Strong attention to detail.
Resilience: Ability to operate in an intense, high visibility, results based environment.
