The Digital Team at Okta is looking for an exceptional Manager, Digital Strategy to drive strategic development of a world-class, end-to-end digital customer experience for Okta Digital Ecosystem supporting EMEA and US. If you are passionate about crafting innovative digital strategy programs, turning digital analytics into actionable insights and enabling impactful optimizations, this role is for you.
Reporting to the Digital Director, this role will facilitate, create, and influence the overarching digital CX strategy, collaborating with various Okta functions ensuring alignment and driving pipeline results.
What you’ll be doing
* Scope, prioritize and deliver global CX (Customer Experience) digital projects in partnership with Campaigns, DemandGen, Product Marketing, Events and other business functions in EMEA and provide support for active digital AMER programs.
* Collaborates with the Global Customer Experience Product Owner and UX Lead for understanding the goals, needs, vision aligning on business opportunities and roadmap priorities in both EMEA and AMER.
* Utilize data and data insights to identify areas of opportunity. Develop a data-driven optimization roadmap in partnership with the Digital Analytics team.
* Partner with creative leads, content creators, business stakeholders, and agency partners to transform digital journeys to drive business value and pipeline impact.
* Partner and communicate effectively with business partners translating complex ideas into compelling, actionable recommendations. Translate the company brand promise, product positioning, solutioning, and go-to-market strategy into delightful digital experiences.
* Work with Product Owners to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements to get the work broken down into roadmap/user stories, estimate the level of effort required to complete the project.
* Collaborate with the growth team to align on personalization strategy and run UX experiments improving performance.
* Work closely with the localization strategy team enabling global roadmap and vision alignment.
What you’ll bring to the role
* 5+ years of Digital strategic experience, preferably in high-tech companies marketing to B2B customers.
* Expert in creating digital strategy opportunity assessments and digital strategy plans incorporating audience activation and engagement tactics to drive website engagement, conversions, leads, and marketing pipeline.
* Strong program management skills with an ability to drive end-to-end agile projects. Strong attention to detail, impeccable organizational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of web marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, with demonstrated expertise extracting actionable insights from available data and turning them into impactful optimization tactics.
* Understanding of SEO and demand gen concepts and best practices.
* Excellent presentation, speaking, and communication skills.
* Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while successfully meeting established goals and deadlines.
* Solution and innovation driven. Able to propose efficient solutions that satisfy project requirements and enable project completion.
And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following!
* Experience managing rebranding, migration, promotion, lead-gen web strategy.
* Experience building and implementing web strategy playbooks.
* Familiar with the following platforms: Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Drift, Lift AI, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo.
* Expert in pulling data insight from platforms like Tableau, Google Analytics, Content Square, etc.
