Senior Product Marketing Manager
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for our Materials Solutions group of products in the heavy equipment sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics. They will also possess exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
* Leveraging innovative solutions and technologies to serve customers worldwide.
* Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product management departments to ensure alignment with market needs and business objectives.
* Developing product messaging, positioning, and promotional strategies that resonate with target customers across multiple international markets.
* Coordinating logistics, booth design, and promotional activities to maximize engagement and ROI.
* Overseeing the full product launch cycle, ensuring seamless coordination between all functional areas.
* Measuring and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years focused on new product development and launches in the heavy equipment industry or a related industrial sector.
* Proven track record of managing successful product launches in global markets.
* Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to optimize marketing campaigns.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
