About the Role
Corporate Sales Development Representatives are responsible for generating net new qualified leads and opportunities across the Nordic Region, as well as proactively building relationships with prospective clients and internal stakeholders. This role will provide excellent exposure to other departments within Workday, such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and more, to help kick-start your career.
You can become a qualified sales development professional or consider a move into other departments, including but not limited to: Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Operations, Professional Services, and more.
You will be supported and surrounded by the best and brightest people in the industry to help you kickstart your sales career, with intensive training and a mentor assigned.
About You
This is the ideal start in your sales career if you are motivated by a challenge, have good listening skills, can think on your feet, and possess a competitive drive.
Basic Qualifications
1. Fluent in English & one of: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish
2. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Other Qualifications
1. Customer service experience and/or BDR experience in a fast-paced environment
2. Keen communication skills
3. Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
4. Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality
5. Ability to speak to a varied range of people and decision-makers at different levels of the business
