Operations Executive Job Overview
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, organised, and proactive Operations Executive to provide comprehensive support to our Account Director. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, ensuring efficient operations and enabling the Account Director to focus on key priorities and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives, including procedural training, personnel budgeting, and other projects as assigned. Monitor and follow up on ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and addressing any issues that arise.
Office Management:
Lead the 'A Great Place to Work' initiative within PRL Non-Title, including idea generation, execution planning, and implementation. Ensure the overall office environment is efficient and conducive to productivity.
Assist contract staff with administrative queries as needed. Support the Account Director with scheduling, including client meetings and appointments. Coordinate and organise internal meetings. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Financial:
Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes for the PRL Non-Title side of the business. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial information.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct research and prepare reports as needed. Provide data analysis support and insights for decision-making.

As this is a new role within PRL, your input and feedback into the development of the role will be welcomed.
