Flexsource NI are currently recruiting a Stock Controller in a hospitality and catering environment on a Temporary Full-time basis covering the Newry area.
The role: Plan and review to ensure efficient control of food.Maintain and monitor the cost efficient use of resources through online stock control systems.Carry out stock takes, place orders, make requisitions and draw upon available stock to minimise waste.Check quality, quantity and suitability of resources and process invoices.Monitoring and maintenance of hygiene, health and safety and security standards within the department including the checking of food temperatures and food safety, recorded in statutory HACCP files.Requirements: A minimum of 1 year experience of stock control in a catering environment within the last 5 years.A level 3 qualification in any discipline.GCSE or equivalent in English and Math.A NVQ or higher qualifications in Professional Cookery and ICT would be advantageous.A full driving license and access to transport is essential as this role will involve travelling to other sites.Apply today or contact Ciaran @ Flexsource NI for more information.
