We have a new opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor to work with a leading specialist construction company in their office.
You will be responsible for managing key sites throughout Ireland & Europe.

Responsibilities:
* Creating all safety documentation, including developing safety plans, RAMS, permits, site audits, managing safety training, plant certification and assisting with SPA's.
* Managing and motivating the safe working of site operatives. A strong interest in dealing with issues at source onsite rather than reporting is required.
* Aware of the fast pace of specialist subcontracting and motivated to keep the site team safe.
* The ability to anticipate issues before they arise is important and be proactive rather than reactive in your approach.
Requirements:
* Health and safety qualification.
* Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience working in the construction sector.
* Strong IT skills with a working knowledge of pdf markup software, PowerPoint/Word, web document portals.
* Excellent communication skills.
* You must be disciplined and organised for daily documentation requirements.
