Base pay range
Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week at Sandyford Office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Salary: Up to €55k basic with an additional €15k on target & benefits (health insurance & pension)
Ingenio is thrilled to collaborate with a leading company specialising in technology, software, and consulting services for mid to large enterprises. They provide cutting-edge solutions such as enterprise software, IT infrastructure, cloud services, and professional & managed services.
Our client is looking for a dynamic Account Manager with a proven track record to drive their business growth.
What you will do:
* Collaborate with 15 x named accounts to identify cross & upsell opportunities and oversee recurring revenue streams.
* Create new opportunities within current accounts and from pre-qualified leads.
* Partner with the Operations Team to oversee and ensure client SLAs are met effectively.
* Prepare proposals and generate sales quotations. Provide consistent reporting on sales activities.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Connectwise).
Ideal Candidate:
* A minimum of three years' experience in account management within a B2B technology sales environment.
* Must have been an Account Manager (looking after existing clients, having a financial target) in a tech/software/services business.
* Must have experience managing a revenue target/quota.
* Must be in Dublin and ok to go to the office in Sandyford three days per week.
* Must have experience/desire to work in a small-sized business (currently 30 people).
