Personal Lines Customer Service Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our client's Insurance customer service department in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering customer queries on policies, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and other insurance-related matters.
* Building rapport with customers to retain existing business and meet renewal retention targets.
* Maintaining accurate data on applied relay systems.
* Providing high-quality customer service and processing administrative tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance.
* APA qualification.
* Excellent organisational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Clear communication and negotiation skills.
