What this Job Entails: The Client Management Director leads a team that provides account analysis, complex issue resolution, quality enhancement, and subject matter expertise.

Strong analytical ability, good relationship building skills, and extensive internal business process knowledge are necessary to succeed in this role.Scope: Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area through department managers within the company.
Works with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth company knowledge.Your Roles and Responsibilities:Establish a trusted adviser relationship with customers and own those relationships Educate customers on Astreya's service portfolio Define and monitor success criteria metrics working closely with the customer Focus on the customers continued satisfaction and growth Conduct periodic business reviews to ensure customers are happy and see the value from Astreya Define success plan for at-risk customer and execute the plans in collaboration with functional teams Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunitiesHandle customer escalations This is a critical role with primary responsibility for the overall solutions to meet client business requirements Participate in campaigns, to drive solution sales across our core pillarsResponsible for maintaining awareness of competitive activity and product and industry knowledge Take an active role with the client before, during and after the sale to ensure the client is and stays satisfied with the work done Network, develop and maintain great working relationships with sales professionals, decision makers, and procurement officers Other duties as required.
