Job Description
We are recruiting for an Inflight Coordination Administrator to join our team at Europe's largest airline group.
This is an exciting time to be part of Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next decade.
The successful candidate will report directly to our Inflight Coordination Manager and be responsible for the following key duties:
* Regular reporting on key metrics for Cabin Crew Management (absence, attrition)
* Headcount forecasting
* Ad hoc reporting as required by the Inflight department
* Duty travel bookings for Cabin Crew and Inflight Office teams
* Offering Cabin Crew base changes, following up and processing responses
* Assisting Cabin Crew with queries over phone calls and Zendesk
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven administrative skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong Windows literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc) – advanced Excel skills are required for this position
* The ability to work independently
* Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change quickly
* Knowledge of Lisline is preferable
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
