About the Role
Are you a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a leading MEP services engineering consultancy? If so, IN2 has an exciting opportunity for you!
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will gain exposure to every stage of a project—from initial client discussions through design, construction, and ongoing building performance. You will work alongside an experienced team, developing both technical and professional skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior engineers in the design and implementation of mechanical building services.
Assist in the preparation of technical drawings and calculations.
Work on projects across a variety of sectors, developing a broad understanding of MEP engineering solutions.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and design reviews to gain practical experience.
Utilize software such as AutoCAD, REVIT MEP, Excel, and Word to produce and modify engineering designs.
Participate in IN2 Academy, a structured training and mentorship program designed to support your technical development, communication skills, and professional growth.
The Ideal Candidate
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Strong interest in the built environment and sustainable engineering solutions.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT MEP, Excel, and Word (or willingness to learn).
A proactive mindset, with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills.
A commitment to continuous development and working towards Chartered Engineer status.
