Job Title: Lease Consultant
The Lease Consultant is responsible for driving the sales process with leads obtained from various mobile carriers and other sources. The position requires expert level of spoken and written German language skills.

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for negotiation to join our team as a Sales Executive. If you have experience in sales, particularly in commission-based environments, and possess excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiating terms of mobile cell site leases with landlords.
* Communicating effectively with landlords through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and voicemails.
* Preparing proposals and presentation packages for landlords.
* Entering data into our database/software system and Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
* Expert level of spoken and written German language skills.
* Basic spoken and written English language skills.
* 1-2 years of sales experience in a commission-based selling environment.
* Demonstrable experience negotiating or persuading others to act.
* Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and work independently.
