Key Responsibilities
* Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and digital channels to attract top talent.
* Identify and explore new sourcing channels to reach diverse talent pools both nationally and internationally.
* Use web analytics and behavioral data to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize conversions, and enhance the candidate experience.
* Partner with recruitment managers to understand business needs and tailor messaging for target audiences.
* Manage content and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's careers platform.
* Plan and execute recruitment events, including content curation, logistics, promotion, and performance tracking.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* A passion for technology and data-driven decision-making.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* A qualification in Marketing, PR, or a related field.
* Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
* Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
* Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and email campaign management.
