We are currently recruiting for the role of Receptionist on behalf of a Business Services organisation.
Salary: €30,000 to €45,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
* Manage emails, phones and support on general administration.
* Acting as key POC for clients, other employees and any stakeholders.
* Organising post, courier deliveries and support on security of building.
* Support on facilities management.
* Support E.As with Travel, Diary, Inbox and Event Management.
* General Office Management.
* Assist HR with general HR Administration.
* Assisting in organisation of events and meetings, as well as meeting room organisation.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role, within a corporate environment.
* Exposure to switchboards, travel, meeting and event management.
* Keen corporate demeanour and strong organisation skills.
