The main responsibility for this role will be to assist the manager with the everyday running of the establishment and deliver exceptional customer service to patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of the team, ensuring a fun, safe environment for staff and customers.
* Develop and maintain training and service standards among team members.
* Report to the manager on a daily basis, providing updates on key performance indicators.
* Comply with safety and quality controls, promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience working in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
* 1-2 years' experience working in a food and beverage setting.
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
