Join our client, an established manufacturing company, as an HR Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to support all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring excellent employee experiences. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in administrative coordination, induction/onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance support, collaborating closely with the HR Manager and Group HR team.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Manage employee records, HRIS, and documentation efficiently.
* Organize and maintain filing systems for HR-related paperwork and records.
* Coordinate employee communications, including announcements, memos, and newsletters.
* Assist in payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
* Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and analytics related to HR activities.
* Conduct thorough employee inductions and coordinate logistics for new hire orientation.
* Assist in developing and updating training materials, manuals, and resources.
* Track and maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
* Support recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
* Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Foster positive employee relations, coordinate engagement initiatives, and support career development.
HR Coordinator Requirements:
* A CIPD/HR qualification is desirable.
* At least two years of experience working within a HR team in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
