About Your New Role as a Project Engineer:
Sigmar are working alongside one of the leading roadside and civil engineering companies in Ireland who are known for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. They are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Project Engineer to join the team in Kildare and complete maintenance works around several of the Midland Counties.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Setting out and supervision.
2. Plan and co-ordinate gangs and subcontractors.
3. Quantifying and Implementation of Project Proposals for internal & Client review.
4. Compile Budget costing for Commercial Team.
5. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with Local Authority contacts, TII Representatives, the Emergency Services, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors & stakeholders in general.
6. Liaise with TII Representatives with regard to works & surveys.
7. When required, produce, document, and maintain all RFI’s, TQ’s, CVI’s, Variation Orders etc., appropriate to each work order.
8. Successfully manage the delivery of the works compliant with Contract Standards.
9. Ensure compliance of Health, Safety and Environment aspects of all works to the highest standards.
10. Ensure that all employees and Subcontractors under their control are compliant with Company and Legislative HSE Standards.
What Skills You Need:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
* Proven experience in a project engineering role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sectors.
* Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
