Job Title: Graduate Client Services Coordinator
Salary: Negotiable pending experience + free parking, pension, life assurance, discounted healthcare, and attractive bonus.
Location: Dublin City South (30 minutes from City Centre)
(fully onsite for training then hybrid model after 6 months’ probation)
Work Model: Monday- Friday, normal working hours with flexibility after probation.

One of our global service clients is currently seeking a client services coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a coordinator with a large global company. The successful candidate will provide an excellent customer experience to all account holders and clients by managing quotations and contract renewals. You will join a well-established team of 4 people in a client-focused, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the quotes, contracts, and renewals for key accounts in the business.
* Coordinating vehicle fit-out requirements with third-party suppliers.
* Anticipating and exceeding customers' expectations.
* Understanding all services and products offered by the client and amending contracts and renewals based on customer needs.
* Proactively solving problems for clients in an effective and efficient manner.
* Receiving excellent training from your line manager and well-established colleagues.
* Ensuring that all documents are proofread and accurate with excellent attention to detail.
* Having financial acumen and being comfortable preparing and calculating quotes.
* Working to tight deadlines and multitasking in a busy work environment.
* Updating the database with client and customer information.
* Performing adhoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in customer service, administration, financial administration, call centre, or renewals/quotations.
* Strong numeric/mathematic ability and excellent attention to detail.
* Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
