Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing Saas company. This is a fully remote role, offering you the opportunity to lead and shape the sales strategy for an innovative business. You’ll be a key driver of revenue growth, responsible for developing and optimising sales processes and implementing cutting-edge tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
2. Implement and optimise sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and performance.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
4. Analyse sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product to ensure alignment and maximise impact.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a market leader.
Skills and Experience:
1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2. In-depth understanding of sales processes, tools, and best practices.
3. 3 to 4 years’ experience in Saas sales.
4. A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales, with a passion for closing deals.
5. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, to ensure a seamless client experience.
6. Ambitious and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
