Temporary Receptionists Required for Dublin City Centre
CPL have an immediate requirement for a receptionist to work on temporary contracts. Are you looking for temporary work or contract work? Then why not get in contact?
Responsibilities Include:
1. Meet and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Screen incoming calls, transfer and take messages where necessary.
3. Manage patient records such as prescriptions.
4. Manage meeting room booking requirements (when requested).
5. Co-ordinate with staff of all visitors.
6. Responsibility for incoming post distribution.
7. Responsibility for courier bookings across all departments.
8. Other general administration duties and secretarial support as required.
Essential Experience and Skills:
1. At least 1 year’s receptionist experience.
2. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and problem solve.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Ability to communicate at all levels.
5. Good administration and time management skills.
6. Competent at Microsoft Office; Excel; Word.
7. Ability to be flexible as and when required, with a “can do” attitude.
