Job Requirements:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
2. Set high standards for yourself and your team.
3. Meet and maintain sales targets, operational goals, policies and procedures.
4. Foster strong relationships with your team and senior management through effective communication and liaison.
5. Maintain a high-performing team by managing productivity, employee relations, and coaching on areas of development.
6. Manage staff scheduling and payroll budgets, responding to trading patterns as needed.
7. Ensure optimal team coverage during peak trading periods by effectively rotaing your team.
8. Protect the Kurt Geiger brand image and ensure all team members meet personal presentation standards.
9. Maintain excellent visual store presentation consistent with company guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Previous retail management experience.
2. Background in fashion-forward footwear, accessory or fashion brand.
3. Strong customer service skills and ability to drive sales and team performance to KPIs.
4. Impeccable presentation and representation of our luxury/fashion forward brand.
