Job Title: HR Advisor
Seeking an experienced HR professional for a dynamic and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
* Advise managers on performance and employee development.
* Assist Finance with payroll processes.
* Conduct exit interviews and analyse retention trends.
* Contribute to HR projects and policy development.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
* Facilitate onboarding and induction programmes.
* Handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.
* Manage new hires, leavers, and internal movers.
* Provide support on grievances and disciplinary matters.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail with high accuracy.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar HR role within a team supporting 100+ employees.
* Prior experience with HR Information Systems (e.g., Bamboo HR) and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
