Account Manager with Polish
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. Our clients range from billion-dollar companies specializing in industrial solvents and chemical products to major, international food ingredients providers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing customer sales campaigns, driving revenue growth, and converting new business opportunities. You will work closely with our clients' most demanding customers, helping us understand their needs, develop product forecast models, and deliver a strong overall customer experience.

Main Areas of Responsibility:
* Expand revenue within assigned customer segment through multi-faceted engagements
* Establish new customer relationships through prospecting & sales efforts
* Direct customer order forecasts to ensure assigned customer segment meets projections
* Optimise service levels to ensure a strong customer experience
* Owning the entire customer experience, including processing customer orders, collecting payments, and coordinating order logistics
* Utilising CRM platform to capture customer-related data and daily activities
Basic Qualifications:
* Fluent in both written and verbal Polish and English
* Entrepreneurial spirit with strong adaptability, creativity, and drive to succeed
* Strong team player; motivated and extremely customer centric
* Solid negotiation skills
* Analytical and problem-solving ability
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in customer management
Preferred Qualifications:
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
* Professional experience selling in a B2B environment
* Experience developing go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth
* Experienced in use of customer relationship management (CRM) software
