Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client are currently recruiting for the position of Procurement Business Support Analyst.
This post will run initially for six months with the successful candidate to be available to commence in the role immediately.
The option to work remotely is available for this position.
Location: Dublin/Cork/Remote.
Training: Comprehensive Training and Support will be provided.
Salary: €34,256 per annum, this equates to an hourly rate of €18.76.
Experience Required Knowledge/experience of the Procure to Pay process Strong capability to analysis, trouble shoot, resolve, Procurement user tickets Communication skills i.e.
capability to give system and process training including the creation of training documents Experience working with a CRM application Knowledge and experience of eProcurement systems/ERP systems (such as Ariba and S4Hana)from a purchase to pay perspective Customer Service The analyst will handle system 'how to' queries and\or provide simple procurement guidance.
The analyst will also triage other relevant Procurement related queries to the appropriate next level Procurement Supports, via CRM system Allocate tickets where appropriate to other support function Act on feedback from service users/customers and report same to line manager Treat all service users and colleagues with dignity and respect Promote and maintain a customer focused environment including monitoring efficiency of service provided by the team and notifying supervisor of any deficiencies Resolve / assign Support tickets Escalate tickets based on internal Service Level Agreements Service Delivery and Improvement Implement agreed changes to delivery of the service Encourage and support staff through change processes Deliver on Team KPIs Maintain own knowledge of relevant employer policies, procedures, guidelines and practices, to perform the role effectively and to ensure current work standards are met by own team Good communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.

Additional information: Bachelor of Business/ Supply Chain profile minimum one year experience in supply chain management Intermediate excel skills (vlookup, Pivot Table) Must have strong interpersonal and interfacing skills with internal and external stakeholders Irish language fluency desired Evaluating Information, Problem Solving & Decision Making The ability to recognise when it is appropriate to refer decisions to a higher level of management.
