Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materialsInventory Management – Assist in receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies and ingredientsCompliance with Health and safety – maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen ensuring equipment is in good working orderReceiving all deliveries and checking the goods receivedLiaising with suppliers about deliveries and discrepancies in stockKeeping detailed records of shortages and spares of itemsUpdating inventory management systems regularlyPicking and delivering goods for Delivery to Other on-site KitchensMonthly Stock Taking
