The CSL team in Dublin operates in a highly dynamic environment servicing the Corporate Clients team in New York, London, the Nordics, Zurich and Dublin. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to that will embrace the role for the period of the STA assignment. The successful candidate will gain experience working on a number of clients in different sectors.Who we are looking for:· Minimum 3 years’ experience within ING, ideally with experience within Lending.· Proficient in financial and credit analysis.· Strong communication and negotiation skills.· Capable of working independently.· Experience in the documentation (and due diligence) process is desirable but not mandatory.The successful candidate is responsible for:· Assist in the origination and execution of complex lending transactions in partnership key stakeholders including the Relationship Manager, Syndications, Capital Structuring & Advisory and Debt Capital Markets.· Performing commercial and credit analysis on potential lending opportunities which includes both qualitative and quantitative due diligence and appropriate financial analysis and stress testing.· End to end execution of the transaction according to policy and present the credit proposal for approval to relevant approval mandate holders.· In life management and on-going monitoring of clients including timely group reviews, monitoring financial reports, market trends, regulations, and early warning signs that may impact the client and or portfolio.· Documentation due diligence in collaboration with inhouse Legal Department or external Legal Counsel.
