Your Challenges
Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the Business Unit Director for our Irish Data Centre Business.
Further Responsibilities:
* Assist with sales opportunities for the Business Unit, supporting the Sales Team throughout the sales process.
* Ensure completion of all Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires for the Business Unit.
* Assist in producing sales literature, including ITT, RFP, RFI, and sales brochures.
* Arrange sales calls with senior team members on an ad hoc basis.
* Work with subcontractors and the Business Development Manager to secure best prices for sales opportunities.
* Support transition initiatives as required.
* Communicate business policies and processes effectively within the Business Unit.
* Ensure provision of healthy and safe working conditions, implementing clients' and CBRE's health and safety policies and processes across the Business Unit.
* Arrange contract review meetings throughout the year for contract managers, Area General Managers, and Business Unit leaders.
* Complete the Business Unit Review Pack each month ahead of Business Unit Review.
* Manage QHSE online reporting, including Hazards, SmoWP, audits.
* Complete the audit schedule annually.
* Track holidays and sickness for the senior management team on behalf of the Business Unit leader.
* Update staffing structures on contracts when requested.
* Manage events upon request.
* Support calendar and email management for the Business Unit leader as needed.
* Arrange travel for the Business Unit leader as required.
* Collaborate with operational managers to develop the business.
* Promote and maintain CBRE DCS core values.
* Provide guidance, advice, coaching, and support to Business Unit coordinators within the business, delivering best practice selection, training, assessment, and recognition/reward.
* Correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad hoc reporting, and other publications as appropriate.
* Provide a learning environment, ensuring basic training needs are delivered, employees are competent to undertake their roles, and able to reach their full future potential.

* Familiarity with the Business Unit and wider CBRE.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Accurate administration of paperwork generated at Office level.
