Job Description
As a Business Development Representative, your role is to identify qualified prospects, communicate the value of HubSpot, and gain interest in a deeper conversation with an Account Executive.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads, including new users and potential customers
2. Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and implement prospect strategies and plans
3. Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while meeting monthly goals
4. Understand customers' needs and challenges using sales methodologies, such as BANT
5. Carry out market research to broaden HubSpot's customer base
Requirements:
1. Commitment to tech sales
2. Sales/prospecting experience and high-growth environment experience (optional)
3. Fluency in English and Italian
4. Strong focus on goals and ability to achieve them
5. Ability to handle objections and openness to coaching
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills
7. Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry
