Gowan Home, a leading distributor of products and services to the kitchen, electrical and building materials industries in Ireland, is seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator for their busy operation in Citywest. We distribute a number of exclusive premium brands including De Dietrich, Elica, Franke, KitchenAid, Ninja, NordMende, and Shark.
This role will report to the Sales Admin & Trade Marketing Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management Support
* Administration of new product setup.
* Administration of packaging information and ensure submissions are completed on time.
* Product pricing, margin maximisation.
* Ensure all pricing and information is correct on ERP system at all times.
* Collate and create trade marketing collateral such as price lists and brochures, data sheets, images, sales promotion support documents, product fiches, and product labels etc.
* EPREL administration of NordMende.
* Ensure all compliance requirements are met for each brand.
* General administration of sales data information etc.
* Assist in the management of customer/product events.
* Internal and external communication of brand developments.
Sales Administration Support
* Support Key Account Managers in their daily requirements.
* Ensure Gowan Home Orders websites are kept up to date with correct product information.
* Create customer product uploads and manage pricing on customer web portals.
* Other ad hoc sales administration tasks, as required.
