We are seeking a skilled Complaints Processing Analyst to join our team in Westport. The successful candidate will coordinate the handling of customer complaints, investigations, and analysis for commercial and clinical products.
Job Description
The Complaints Processing Analyst reports directly to the Complaints Manager and is responsible for:
* Coordinating cross-functional activities in the investigation of Adverse Event/Product Quality and customer service complaints.
* Ensuring complaint records meet global requirements.
* Reviewing product complaint documentation, investigation, and review of all non-medical complaint content.
* Notifying potentially reportable events to appropriate functional groups and management.
This role requires strong analytical skills, technical writing, and good documentation practices.
Responsibilities
The Complaints Processing Analyst is responsible for:
* Opening, tracking, and maintaining records for complaints received.
* Data entry into complaint handling systems.
* Coordination of laboratory testing of complaint samples.
* Identification of root cause and implementation of robust Corrective/Preventive action plans.
* Tracking and closure of complaint cases in a timely manner.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A Bachelor Degree in Sciences or related field.
* 1-2 years previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Previous experience in the use of SAP and Trackwise and Document Management Systems.
* Knowledge of global regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical, medical device, and combination products.
* Proficient computer skills including Word and Excel.
