HelpGrid is an on-demand BPO call center. The Outbound division specializes in abandoned cart recovery and welcome calls, helping online sellers recuperate thousands in sales. Main Responsibilities:
* Facilitates e-classroom training to teach program product knowledge, call handling skills (soft-skills), customer service, and program process and procedures.
* Design and develop sales materials, tools, training and playbooks that show sales agents how to transform their approach.
* Measuring the effectiveness of training sessions and preparing individual or team progress reports.
* Monitors calls and performance of new hires and agents who undergo training on new processes/ campaigns to identify training gaps.
* Monitor sales objectives and results.
* Coordinates efforts with the Quality Team with gap analysis to identify areas of improvement of the outbound team.
* Utilize a variety of adult learning techniques to deliver training in the most effective and impactful manner.
* Gathers documents and distributes clear information from updates received by the client/OPS team.
* Participates in calibration meetings with the QA and results management team to ensure the information being trained is up-to-date.
* Maintains e-class attendance and training performance records of agents.
* Monitoring internal clients’ websites for any discrepancies with policies, procedures, prices and/or labels.
* Work closely with the team members, motivating, coaching them and making sure all their product and procedure gaps are addressed.
Qualifications:
* 2 years of progressively responsible experience in the BPO industry.
* Has experience in applying adult education theories and the principles of systematic design of training and evaluation.
* Strong sales background.
* Excellent verbal communication skills for training delivery; must have a dynamic and engaging e-classroom presence.
* Excellent written communication skills are required; must be able to write in a grammatically correct, clear, and concise manner.
* Must be proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.
* Ability to lead teams and measure individual performance. Knowledgeable in performing TGA/TNA (Training Gap Analysis/Training Needs Analysis).
* Excellent consulting skills, (e.g., critical thinking, problem-solving, decision making, and influencing).
* Great time management.
* Ability to creatively use resources and adjust to changes quickly and professionally.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
