Join a dynamic and collaborative finance team in a healthcare company based in North Dublin. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to both accounts payable and receivable functions, working closely with a supportive Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable: Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to support purchase orders and ordering processes.
* Accurately process invoices, reconciling them against purchase orders, delivery dockets, and contracted price lists.
* Maintain and manage spend trackers to monitor expenditure effectively.
* Oversee customer recharge schedules for accurate billing.
* Conduct thorough monthly creditor reconciliations.
* Prepare and execute monthly payment runs and remittances.
* Perform detailed petty cash spend reviews.
* Manage corporate credit card postings and reconciliations.
Accounts Receivable:
Requirements:
* Education & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role.
* Skills & Experience: Strong IT proficiency, with advanced Excel skills and experience using accounting systems (Xero experience highly desirable).
* Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload to meet deadlines effectively.
