Base Location: Dublin
Salary: €74,600 - €100,000 depending on skills and experience + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
The Data Product Manager is a delivery role responsible for leading the strategy, development and delivery of data products that drive business value and enhance customer experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams (including data scientists, data engineers, solution architects, data protection and governance practitioners, and business stakeholders), you’ll identify opportunities and define product requirements. You’ll make yourself available to the scrum team, attend all scrum ceremonies and you may also take responsibility for more than one scrum team (each scrum team will only have one Product Owner).
You will
Take responsibility for defining and communicating a clear product vision and strategy for data products that are aligned with our data strategy.
Collaborate with Value Stream owners and Data Sponsors on the quarterly planning process and proposed Business Design Authority.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into product specifications, epics, features and user stories.
Create and maintain a product roadmap that reflects the priorities and timelines for data product development.
Work closely with various stakeholders / teams to ensure successful product development and implementation.
You have
The ability to develop product backlog based on customer and business value, with input gathered from a variety of sources.
Excellent negotiation skills to ensure the best outcome for the customer and the business, aligned to data strategy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated expertise in applying Agile practices and principles to data product development across data science, data analytics, data engineering, and data governance disciplines.
A growth mindset, to continually be growing one’s craft, learning new tools and techniques, and to manage yourself and a team.
