As HR Business Partner, you will undertake a strategic/operational role working in collaboration with the company's leadership and management to drive business success through all aspects of HR whilst promoting a company culture that champions success, collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full end to end recruitment process to attract new and retain existing employees
* Work alongside Senior Management to ensure that all HR policies, procedures and strategies align with the overall company vision
* Act as an advisor on all employee relations issues including leading on investigations and managing on disciplinary/grievance cases
* Oversight and monitoring of performance management activities including providing guidance to managers on performance appraisals and methods to enhance an employee's performance
* Revise and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with changes in employee legislation and company initiatives
* Organise and execute on company employee engagement initiatives/events including company wellbeing events or team-bonding exercises
Requirements
* Possess a minimum of 3-4 years HR Generalist experience
* Experienced in managing recruitment processes, scheduling training and partaking employee relations issues
* Skilled in creating and implementing HR Policies/Procedures, devising employee engagement initiatives and developing HR Strategies
* Obtained a Degree in HR or similar discipline
* Preferable to have achieved a CIPD Qualification or equivalent HR qualification
