We are seeking a highly skilled Group Health & Safety Officer to join our team in partnership with a food manufacturing firm. As a Health & Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of the firm's H&S programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and propose solutions.
">
* Manage contractor safety, training, and reporting on safety performance.
">
* Draft, review, and update Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with current safety standards and legislative changes.
">
* Oversee Return to Work (RTW) processes and ensure proper documentation, safe reintegration of employees, and completion of follow-up actions.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* Experience in a similar Health & Safety role.
">
* Relevant H&S qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
">
* Experience managing H&S Compliance, audits, and risk assessments.
">
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
">
* IT and numeracy skills (MS Office).
