Production Shift Manager
Lead the Production Team to Achieve Key Business Objectives
The Production Shift Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and coordination of production employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice and be able to maintain excellent standards of product quality, integrity, and hygiene.
* Lead the Shift Team to achieve production targets/KPIs
* Maintain the highest standards of product quality, integrity, and hygiene
* Monitor and control costs
* Ensure safe working practices and conduct of the team, contractors, and visitors
The Production Shift Manager will also act as cover in the absence of the Plant Manager and support the Plant Manager in Operations as appropriate. This role requires a professional manager and leader with the highest standards of integrity, a proactive mind-set, and a strong work ethic.

We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in a management/supervisory role in the food manufacturing industry, preferably with SAP/MES/scada experience and a third-level qualification in a related field. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office is also required.
