Role: Access Control Coordintaor
Location: Cork City
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities; Act as Subject Matter Expert and ’Super User’ for access control systems andfunctionality within the businessManage and maintain access control databases, software and relevant infrastructure inline with best practice and regulatory requirements. Manage support of access controlsystems, including resolving problems, process flaws, performing scheduled activitiesand recommending solutions to meet requirementsLiaise with IT to perform UAT testing for large changes to ensure there is no negativeimpact to the businessDevelop, review and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs)and process maps for the access control systems and ensure their application inpractice.Responsible for maintaining compliance with policies, procedures and internal auditsEnsure accuracy of data entry, including relevant analysis, reviews and updating of dataacross relevant systemsSupport and enable the deployment of access control systems for the business basedon a centralised and standardised approach delivering cost and operational efficienciesin collaboration with internal business partnersSupport the implementation of access control strategy for commercial and operationalsites by enabling and supporting systems maintenance, data management andopportunities for improvementAdhere to all security requirements for Joiners Movers, Leavers ProcessReport on access control KPI's.Manage access control and stock levels ensuring minimum levels are maintained.Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders – IT, HR, AssetOperations etc. to ensure service provided is of an excellent standardSpecial project activities and other duties as assigned from time to timeRequirements Role
Requirements; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role desirable
Third level qualification required.Lean Six Sigma certification desired.Team Player - Ability to work with others to ensure success in the performance of ateam.Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office products including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookSystem administration experience desirableExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey messages ina clear and efficient mannerProven effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise and remain focusedAbility to set own high standards of performance and delivering desired resultsFlexible with regards working in a changing environment, processes, and requirementsas necessary.Proactively identifying new areas of learning and using newly gained knowledge andskill on the jobStriving for quality and ensuring consistent high standards of work.
