Key Responsibilities

* Working shift and on-call patterns as part of a rotation process to support U.S customers.
Your Expertise
Technical Skills:
* Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
* Operating systems including Microsoft Windows and macOS.
* Help desk tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and FreshDesk.
* Knowledgeable in networking protocols like TCP/IP and troubleshooting network issues.
* Identity and Access Management systems.
* Mobile Device Management platforms such as JAMF.
Non-Technical Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
* A quick learner who can adapt to new technologies.
* Skilled in prioritization and decision-making under pressure.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
* A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
* An effective team player with a collaborative approach to resolving issues.
