Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing aged debt for a large portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contacting customers via phone and email to collect overdue payments
* Handling customer inquiries related to accounts
* Evaluating the credit risk of new customers
* Issuing invoices, credit notes, and statements on a daily basis
* Maintaining open communication channels with internal stakeholders
* Potential involvement in process improvement projects
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in a pure credit control position. You must be a skilled communicator, able to effectively manage multiple lines of communication, and possess problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines and work collaboratively as part of a team.
What We Offer
