· Drive consistency and best practices in document control across multiple departments.
· Collaborate with key stakeholders—engineers, project managers, and external partners—to ensure information is structured, accurate, and accessible.
· Enhance systems and reporting, ensuring document traceability and real-time project updates.
What We’re Looking For:
· A Level 7 or Level 8 degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field, OR significant hands-on experience in a manufacturing, construction, or contracts environment with a strong grasp of document control systems, ideally combined with electrical, project management or administrative trade accreditations or other formal coursework that demonstrates an interest in progressing one’s career and personal development.
· A structured thinker who thrives on creating order, improving processes, and maintaining high standards—where “good” is never good enough.
· A curious problem-solver who can navigate uncertainty, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement.
· Experience with document management platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, or industry-specific EDMS tools is preferred.
· Knowledge of Autodesk Cloud and SAP ByDesign would be an advantage.
· Advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft 365, document workflows, compliance, and controls.
· The ability to work at pace, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in an evolving organisation.
· Someone who’s learning never stops—we value those who actively develop their expertise, and we invest in our people through sponsored training programs and upskilling opportunities.
· Ideally, 5-10 years’ work experience.
