About The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team based in Ireland. The Marketing Manager will play a leading role in the evolution of the marketing team. The ideal candidate is a high-octane doer who gets stuff done, is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and has a broad skill set that reflects the diversity of the tasks in a typical marketing function.
It is a hands-on role, working directly with the Chief Marketing Officer and other internal stakeholders. Key skills will include content creation and distribution, managing external 3rd parties, managing the website, and executing the strategic marketing plan. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth scaleup.
This is a permanent work from home position based in Ireland.
What you'll be doing
Content Creation
* Support all elements of content creation and distribution
* Write compelling blogs and social media posts
* Imagery and videography creation
* Create inspiring presentations that showcase the talent, capability, and uniqueness of Otonomee
Social Media Management
* Manage the company social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics.
Lead Generation
* Work closely with the sales function ensuring that they are well equipped to articulate what makes us different and why leading brands are choosing Otonomee.
Website Management
* You’ll be a stakeholder in maintaining the site. Familiarity with leading CMS like Webflow, Squarespace, and Wix would be a plus.
Event Management
* Planning and facilitating internal events to bring our employees together.
Reporting and Analytics
* Be comfortable with data and leverage it to support decision-making.
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not always required)
* 4+ years of experience working as a Marketing Manager
* Experience working in a B2B startup or scaleup is an advantage
* Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
* Ability to create compelling content across various platforms (blogs, ads, social media, email, video).
