Job Title: Dutch Account Administrator
Job Location: Dublin, a vibrant city with a rich history and culture, offering easy access to public transportation and ample free parking onsite.
Compensation: €30,000-33,000 OTE, including comprehensive benefits such as pension, healthcare, travel allowance, and generous annual leave.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid model, allowing for flexible work-from-home options after an initial onboarding period in the office.
Working Hours: Flexible start times between 7am-10am daily, Monday to Friday only, providing a healthy work-life balance.
Our client, a renowned global financial company, seeks a highly skilled Dutch Account Administrator to join their dynamic team in Dublin. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing clients' claims worldwide, ensuring exceptional client service, and maintaining accurate records. We require an individual with experience in similar roles, possessing strong administration skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and process claims in accordance with policy guidelines and ensure timely resolution.
* Promote and facilitate business growth by meeting targets and exceeding customer satisfaction standards.
* Maintain and operate databases efficiently, guaranteeing accuracy and data integrity.
* Generate reports detailing workflow and target progress, enabling data-driven decision-making.
* Exceed customer retention goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
* Full proficiency in English and Dutch, both verbal and written.
* Previous experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in an office environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
