Marketing Manager - Dublin City - Hybrid Model
We are seeking a Marketing Manager for one of Ireland's top Event Companies. This role offers a unique opportunity for a Hotel Marketing Professional to excel in a dynamic environment with over four luxury venues.
This position involves leading a team of skilled marketeers, overseeing sales and marketing activities across digital, social, PR, and advertising channels. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, leading artwork direction, re-branding, coordinating digital schedules, liaising with stakeholders and senior management.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct market analysis, customer profiling, and competitor awareness
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, expand customer base, and maintain loyalty
* Lead a team of 6 members of staff
* Manage branding, design, and production of all collateral, print and digital
* Work closely with CEO on membership development and improvement
* Report to the board monthly
* Oversee business development and sales activity, setting annual targets
* Manage creative marketing materials and online engagement
* Build and content various websites
* Implement reporting methods and report to stakeholders
* Foster collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and sponsors
Requirements:
* Significant marketing experience with a proven track record in hotel marketing
* Knowledge and enthusiasm for high-end hospitality
* Copywriting and editing skills
* Strong understanding of marketing and relevant markets, particularly in digital
* Experience with budget management and reporting
* Mastery of measuring and reporting marketing and digital activities
* Background in customer profiling and research
* Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Creative flair and ability to think outside the box
* Team player in a fast-paced environment
