HR Generalist required by fast growing manufacturing company based in Co Tipperary. Reporting to the HR Manager, Responsibilities of the Role will include: Provide HR advice to Line Managers and employees throughout all stages of the employee life cycle, ensuring advice is legally compliant and in line with company policy & procedure. Manage recruitment processes through all stages, from drafting role specs to candidate selection. On-boarding and induction processes for all new employees. Support employee relations and internal communications activities. Assist in the design and delivery of internal training and development of colleagues. Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs. Implementation, maintenance and effectiveness of the HR Information System across the business. Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements. Liaise with payroll as required. The Successful Candidate Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources or Business. Successful experience of working in a similar role ideally for 2-3 years. Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, able to work alone and as part of a team. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of operating IT systems i.e. Microsoft packages Effective communication skills, with a collaborative attitude
